A $75 bartending fee will be charged if the private bar in the banquet room is employed.

You may opt to offer your guests a Cash Bar, Drink Tickets, and/or Bar Tab Limit during your event.


CASH BAR- Guests pay for their own beverages

DRINK TICKETS- The host will allow the guests a certain amount of tickets that can be redeemed at the bar for an alchol beverage.

BAR TAB LIMIT- The host can determine a maximu monetary limit for the bar tab portion of the event and the bartender will close the bar tab when the totat reaches the designated total. 

LIMITED BAR- The host can decide what types of alchol are served to the guests and for the CASH BAR, DRINK TICKETS, BAR TAB LIMIT AND/OR OPEN BAR.

  • A Form of Payment For Event Must Be Recorded On Contract
  • There Is Only One Form Of Payment Accepted For Event
  • A Nonrefundable $35 Fee Is Charged To Final Bill For Event Staff
  • A Room Rental Fee Is Charged To Final Bill To Procure The Banquet Room
  • Final Menu Decisions Are Due 10 Days Prior To Reservation
  • Final Guest Count Is Due 5 Days Prior To Reservation
  • Host Is Charged For the Greater – Confirmed Guest Count or Guests Present At Event
  • A Fee of $2 Per Guest Is Charged To Final Bill For Any Changes Made To Menu Less Than 72 Hours Prior To Event
  • 72 Hours Is Required To Cancel An Event or 50% of Total Bill Will Be Charged
  • Room Rental Begins At Time Of Reservation
  • An Earlier Time To Drop Off Décor and/or Decorate The Room Must Be Approved
  • A Reservation Is ONLY Confirmed Upon Invoice/Contract Receipt
  • Buffet Items Are Not "All You Can Eat” but Are Portioned In Accordance With The Host Confirmed Guest Count & Are Served “Buffet Style”
  • Buffet Items Are Refilled For 2 Hours or Until Portioned Items Have All Been Served
  • Buffet Items May Not Be Taken Off Premises Due To COVID-19 & DOH Regulations
